Tools

The Tools tab includes features that support managing SMS campaign results.

Available operations include:

• Contacts Who Clicked the Message Identify recipients who clicked the link in the message.

  • Export: Download a list of contacts who clicked.

  • + Create Group: Create a new recipient group consisting of individuals who clicked the link. Based on this group, you can:

    • Send them another message.

    • Tailor your offer to their needs.

• Archive Non-Existent Contacts

  • Archive: Remove inactive or non-existent contacts from your database. This helps maintain an up-to-date and clean contact list.

    

    Additional Information:

    • Addresses that have been moved to the archive due to errors (SMS_ERROR status) are automatically excluded from future sendings.

    • These addresses will also not be accepted when importing new contacts.

• Export Non-Delivered Messages

  • Export: Generate a list of contacts whose messages were not delivered.

• Export CSV Report

  • Export: Download a CSV file summarizing the campaign. While exporting, you can select which columns to include in the report, allowing you to tailor it to your analytical needs.
