The Edit Contact feature allows you to modify saved data and manage settings like group assignments, devices, or communication blocks.
Modify key contact details:
Phone Number
First Name
Last Name
Company
Changes are saved upon confirmation.
For contacts with additional data (e.g., custom fields), use the search tool to locate information by:
Additional field name
Additional field type
Assign contacts to or remove them from groups via a table listing available and assigned groups. Use action buttons:
Add: Assigns contact to the selected group.
Delete: Removes contact from a specific group.
If the contact uses a push application, this section provides:
Application name
Device token
Set restrictions on messages to the contact:
E-mail: Block or unblock email communication.
SMS: Block or unblock SMS communication.
Push: Block or unblock push notifications.
