The 'File Manager' allows you to store and manage files essential for your email campaigns, such as contact lists and email templates. It is particularly useful when multiple teams collaborate on campaign preparation—some teams handle the contact database, others focus on email design or SMS content, while others manage the sending settings. Additionally, the File Manager enables secure file exchanges with Customer Support.
Folder Creation – allows you to organize files, making it easier for teams to manage different campaigns.
View Selection – offers both tile view and list view, allowing you to customize the interface according to your preferences. The list view displays file details such as name, modification date, and size.
Uploading Files – to add a new file, click the ‘Upload’ button and select the appropriate file from your computer.
After clicking on the selected file, the following options will appear:
Copy
Delete
Download
Please note that the maximum total capacity of the file manager is 250 MB.
