In this step, you can prepare the PUSH notification content and define additional options.

  • Message Title: A short subject visible in the notification, which can be personalized (e.g., "Hello, John! Here’s our new offer.")

  • Message Content: The main message for the user, which can also be personalized.

Tip: You can check the current character count using the counter below the Message Content field. More details can be found in the Push Notification Specifications section.

  • Image and Emojis: Upload an image or add emojis to increase the appeal of the notification.

Additional options

In this section, you can adjust extra settings for the Push campaign, such as identification, performance monitoring, and delivery throughput.

  • Campaign Name: Enter the name of the campaign, visible only in the management panel.

  • Campaign Description: Add a short description of the campaign for easier identification.

  • Progress Notification: You can enable an email notification about the sending progress.

  • Google Analytics: Use default UTM parameters or configure custom ones to track campaign performance.

  • Capacity [push/h]: Define the number of notifications to be sent per hour. Acceptable values: 100k – 5 million notifications per hour.

Advanced Options

Advanced options allow for fine-tuning Push notification parameters.

Common for Android and iOS

  • ID: Unique notification identifier (optional).

  • Type: Choose the type of link attached to the notification:

    • NONE: No link.

    • Browser: Link to a web browser.

    • Webview: A webpage displayed within the app.

    • Deeplink: A link leading to a specific section of the app.

  • Sound: Choose a sound to play when the notification is received.

  • Push Validity Date: Set the expiry time for the notification. The value must fall between 6 hours to 14 days from the start of the sending process.

  • Custom Data: Use the Add Field button to define a set of data that will inform the app about the action to take when the notification is received.

    • Key: Define the name of the custom parameter.

    • Value: Provide the value associated with the key.

    • Personalization: Optionally personalize the value using dynamic variables.

Example: By sending the key "action" with the value "show_banner", the app may display a specific banner or open a dedicated tab.

  • Action Button: With the Add Button, you can add one or more action buttons to the notification.

    • Text: Choose button text from the available list, such as YES/NO or ACCEPT/DECLINE.

    • Type (optional): Specify the action assigned to the button:

      • NONE: No action.

      • BROWSER: Opens the link in a browser.

      • WEBVIEW: Displays the page within the app.

      • DEEPLINK: Redirects to a specific section in the app.

    • Icon (optional): Add an image to be displayed on the button.

Additional Options for Android:

  • Small Icon: Set a small icon to be displayed in the notification (required configuration).

  • Large Icon: Upload an image that will appear as a large icon in the notification.

  • Visibility on the Lock Screen: Choose the visibility of the notification on the lock screen:

    • PUBLIC: Fully visible.

    • PRIVATE: Partially visible, hiding details.

    • SECRET: Notification is not displayed on the lock screen.

Additional Options for iOS:

  • Subtitle: Add a subtitle that will appear below the notification title.

Notification Preview

On the right side of the screen, there is a preview of the notification, showing how the prepared Push will appear on devices with iOS and Android. This allows you to verify the notification’s appearance on both operating systems before sending.
