# Introduction

The Email section of the panel is a comprehensive tool for managing email communication. It offers a wide range of features for effective campaign planning, sending, and monitoring, as well as configuration of key security settings.

### **Tabs in this section**

* **E-mail campaigns:** A dedicated tool for planning and executing bulk email sends, with full visibility into results.
* **E-mail API:** A section for tracking detailed performance data in the panel for sends carried out via API/SMTP integration.
* **Sender Security:** The key administrative module responsible for email communication reputation and deliverability. Proper configuration of the parameters available within it increases the likelihood that sent messages land directly in recipients' primary inboxes, minimizing the risk of being caught by spam filters. This module is divided into two main operational areas:
  * **Senders authorization:** The central hub for authenticating sending domains and addresses. Correct configuration of this area is an absolute requirement before carrying out the first production sends. This process unambiguously confirms sender identity to mail service providers (such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo) and actively protects your brand against impersonation attempts (phishing).
  * **DMARC (add-on):** An advanced analytics tool for monitoring the security level of sending domains. This module provides detailed information on how well your sends comply with the implemented authentication policy. ### **Quick Start: Sandbox Domain**

The EmailLabs platform enables you to start testing immediately by making use of an automatically assigned sandbox domain. This mechanism allows you to send messages both through the panel (the "E-mail campaigns" module) and via API/SMTP (the "E-mail API" module), without needing to configure your own DNS records straight away.

This functionality becomes available upon completion of the onboarding process, which includes email address confirmation, filling in your company details, and completing a survey about the nature of your planned sending activity. Once your profile has been positively verified by the Customer Service Office, you can begin validating your connection in a production environment.

Please note that the sandbox domain is intended for testing purposes only and should not be treated as a benchmark for final deliverability. It is permanently removed, along with all associated sender (From) addresses, at the point of upgrading to a paid plan, which requires deploying authorization for your own domain.
