Archive

The Archive section allows you to view, search, and manage contacts moved to the archive. This is where contacts excluded from active actions are stored, such as those who unsubscribed from the database or were marked as spam.

Search Tool

The search tool enables you to quickly locate archived contacts based on the following parameters:

• E-mail: Enter the contact's email address.

• Phone Number: Enter the contact's phone number.

• Reason: Filter contacts by the reason for archiving:

  • Spam

  • Unregistered

  • Does not exist

  • Other

• Archiving Time: Select the time range during which the contact was moved to the archive.
