The Common Settings section (menu: SMS -> Common settings) is the configuration center for your sending parameters. It allows you to manage key elements that apply to all your SMS activities in EmailLabs – regardless of whether you send a campaign from the panel or via API.
Within the common settings, two key tabs are available:
Sender IDs: Managing the sender name (Sender ID).
Shipping countries: Managing the list of countries allowed for sending.
