Delivery Report

The Delivery Report allows for a detailed analysis of statistics after the completion of a Push campaign. It facilitates the evaluation of delivery effectiveness and the identification of areas for improvement.

The report consists of four sections: Summary, Opens, Clicks, and Tools.

Summary

The Summary tab contains key information about the Push campaign:

  • Campaign Name - the identifier of the delivery.

  • Start Time - the moment the campaign delivery started.

  • End Time - the moment the campaign delivery ended.

  • Number of Recipients - the number of contacts to whom the messages were sent.

  • Recipient Group - the name of the contact group.

  • Selected Applications - the applications where the notifications were sent.

  • Title - the title of the message.

  • Message - the content of the sent Push notification.

  • External ID - the unique external identifier of the campaign.

Statistics

The report contains detailed statistics:

  • Message Status Table:

    • Injected - notifications introduced into the system.

    • Open - notifications opened by recipients.

    • Track - notifications where the tracked link was clicked.

      • Click - click on the notification.

      • Swipe - swipe of the notification.

  • Status Summary:

    • OK - delivered notifications.

    • Error - undelivered notifications.

    • Waiting - notifications awaiting a delivery.

On the right side, there is a visualization of the Push notification, showing its appearance on Android and iOS devices.

Opens

The Opens section contains information on the number of users who opened the notification.

Summary

  • OK - the number of notifications that were opened.

  • Open - the number of opened notifications to the total number of sends.

Activity Line Charts

  • Opens within 24 hours - hourly breakdown.

  • Opens within 7 days - daily breakdown.

Clicks

The Clicks section contains data on clicks on tracked links included in the notification.

  • OK - the number of message clicks.

  • TRACK - the number of clicks on tracked links.

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) - click-through rate, showing the percentage of recipients who clicked on the link.

Tools

The Tools tab contains functions that support the management of Push campaign results.

Available options:

  • Contacts that did not click on the message:

    • + Create Group - create a group of recipients who did not click on the link.

      • Option to resend the message.

      • Adjust the offer for these recipients.

  • Contacts who have not opened the message:

    • + Create Group - create a group for resending.

  • Contacts which not received the message:

    • + Create Group - identify recipients who did not receive the message.

  • Contacts for which the shipment has been canceled:

    • + Create Group - create a new group.

  • Delete inactive tokens:

    • Remove - delete tokens of users who are no longer active.
