# Contacts List

The **Contacts List** is a tool for managing recipient data and precisely searching for contacts based on available parameters.

## Contacts Search

The search feature allows quick contact retrieval using the following criteria:

* E-mail
* Phone Number
* Push Device
* Name
* Last Name
* Company Name
* Group
* Created at
* Filters:
  * Channel Blocks (Blocked Email / SMS / Push)
  * Additional Fields (e.g. Logical / Age)

## Contact Table

Below the search bar is a table displaying detailed contact information, including:

* Email
* Phone Number
* Name
* Last Name
* Company Name
* Push Device
* Created at
* Action Button (Edit): Allows editing detailed contact data.

## Managing Contacts

Next to each contact is a checkbox for selecting individual or multiple contacts. After selecting contacts, the following action buttons become active:

### Delete

* Permanently removes the selected contacts from the database.
* Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

### Archive&#x20;

* Moves contacts to the archive, blocking further attempts at communication.
* Archiving requires selecting a reason:
  * Spam
  * Unregistered
  * Does not Exist
  * Other

Archived contacts remain in the system but are excluded from future communication campaigns.
