Select Date Range

Allows filtering data within a chosen period.

• Default range: Last month.

• You can adjust the range by selecting preferred dates in the calendar and clicking Save.

Select Campaigns

This feature enables data analysis for specific campaigns.

• Click Select Campaigns on the right side of the screen.

• Choose a campaign from the list or use the search tool.

Message Statutes

After selecting the date range and campaigns:

• Numbers of messages corresponding to key statuses will be displayed, such as:

  • INJECTED – Messages sent to the system.

  • OK – Messages successfully delivered.

  • OPEN – Messages opened by recipients.

  • TRACK – Clicks on links within the messages.

Line Charts

• Injected and OK statuses: Display the dynamics of sending and delivery over time.

• Open and Track statuses: Show the number of opens and clicks.

You can configure the chart by selecting specific statuses and choosing to display data by hours or days of the week.
