# Creating a New Email Campaign

Creating a new email campaign in our editor is a simple process that allows for both standard mailings and advanced A/B tests. Follow the instructions below to effectively plan and send your campaign, as well as optimize its effectiveness by testing different variations.

**To begin:**

* Go to the **Email Campaigns -> Campaigns** tab.
* Click the **+ New campaign** button located in the top right corner of the panel.
* Enter the campaign name.
* Select the campaign type:
  * **Create campaign** – a standard email campaign.
  * **Create A/B campaign** – a campaign with the ability to test different message variations to optimize results. Click this button to begin creating an A/B test.
