After clicking Create A/B campaign, you will be guided through the following steps:
In this section, you configure the parameters for the A/B test:
Select element to test: Specify which element of the message you want to test in different variations:
Subject: Test different versions of the message subject to see which one generates the most opens.
Sender: Test different sender names or email addresses to see which ones build more trust and encourage opening.
Email creation: Test different versions of the message content, element layout, calls to action (CTAs), etc., to optimize click-through rates and conversions.
Select the number of variants: Choose the number of variations you want to test for the selected element (2, 3, 4, or 5). You will be able to define different content for each variation later.
Select the percentage of recipients of the winning campaign: Specify what percentage of your recipient list will receive the winning version of the campaign after the test is complete (from 10% to 90%). The remaining percentage of recipients will be divided equally among the tested variants.
Define the A/B Test Winner Criteria: Choose the metric on which the winning version will be determined, as well as the test duration:
Based on: Select whether the winning version should be determined based on opens or clicks.
After (x) hours: Choose the number of hours after which the system will automatically select the winning version based on the chosen metric and send it to the remaining recipients.
After configuring the A/B settings, click Next to proceed to the next steps.
In this step, depending on the element you selected for testing in the A/B Settings, you will configure different variations:
