Managing Archived Contacts

Each contact has a checkbox for selecting an individual or group of contacts. Once contacts are selected, the following action buttons are activated:

Delete

• Permanently deletes the selected contacts from the database.

Note: Data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Restore

• Restores the selected contacts to the active contact database, allowing them to be reused in campaigns.

Additional Features in the Archive

In the top-right corner of the section, additional action buttons are available:

Export

• Allows you to download archived contact data in a file format for further analysis.

Delete All

• Permanently deletes all contacts from the archive.

Note: This action is irreversible.

Restore All

• Restores all contacts from the archive to the active database.
