Data Availability

Campaign Reports Email campaign reports are stored for a period corresponding to the terms of your purchased plan, e.g., 3 months. If you need to extend access to the data, please contact the sales department.

Undelivered Messages Information about addresses where messages could not be delivered is retained for 10 days from the date of sending.

Email Message Billing Billing data for email messages is available for 40 days from the date of sending. The billing includes:

• Recipient Email Address – the address to which the message was sent.

• Message Send Date – the exact time the message was sent.

• Message Status – information on whether the message was delivered or errors occurred (e.g., Softbounce, Hardbounce).
