Summary

This section provides basic information about the campaign:

  • Campaign Name

  • Start and End Time of the campaign delivery

  • Group and Number of Recipients

  • Sender, Subject, and HTML Preview of the email design

  • External ID and Description

Statistical Data (numeric and percentage):

  • Injected – the total number of emails sent to recipients.

  • Open – the number of emails opened by recipients.

  • Track – the number of clicks on links included in the email.

  • Unsubscribe – the number of recipients who unsubscribed.

Additionally, the report displays email statuses:

  • OK – the message was successfully delivered to the recipient's server.

  • Spambounce – the message was marked as spam by the recipient's server.

  • Hardbounce – a permanent delivery error (e.g., non-existent email address).

  • Softbounce – a temporary delivery error (e.g., recipient’s mailbox is full).
