Static Group Segmentation

The Static Group Segmentation tool allows for advanced management of contact groups, including:

• Merging several groups into a new one.

• Removing contacts that belong to another group.

• Creating a new group based on filters or percentage splits.

Starting Segmentation

1. Go to the Contacts -> Groups List tab.

2. Click the Groups Segmentation button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Selecting a Group for Segmentation

• New Group: Enter a name for the newly created group.

• Existing Group: Select a group from the list to perform the operation.

Choosing an Operation

Select one of the available operations:

• Add contacts from another groups: Combine contacts from selected groups into one.

• Delete contacts from another groups: Remove contacts present in another group from the selected group.

• Add Contacts selected by filters: Add to the group contacts meeting specific criteria (e.g., Push device, name, no email block).

• Delete contacts selected by filters: Remove from the group contacts meeting selected criteria.

• Split the group by percentage: Split the group into parts, assigning contacts proportionally to newly created groups. The group being divided must have at least 100 contacts.

Finalizing Segmentation

• After configuring the parameters, click the Segmentize button.

• The operation status will be visible in the Operations List section.

• You will receive an email notification upon segmentation completion.
