The Static Group Segmentation tool allows for advanced management of contact groups, including:
Merging several groups into a new one.
Removing contacts that belong to another group.
Creating a new group based on filters or percentage splits.
Go to the Contacts -> Groups List tab.
Click the Groups Segmentation button in the top-right corner of the screen.
New Group: Enter a name for the newly created group.
Existing Group: Select a group from the list to perform the operation.
Select one of the available operations:
Add contacts from another groups: Combine contacts from selected groups into one.
Delete contacts from another groups: Remove contacts present in another group from the selected group.
Add Contacts selected by filters: Add to the group contacts meeting specific criteria (e.g., Push device, name, no email block).
Delete contacts selected by filters: Remove from the group contacts meeting selected criteria.
Split the group by percentage: Split the group into parts, assigning contacts proportionally to newly created groups. The group being divided must have at least 100 contacts.
After configuring the parameters, click the Segmentize button.
The operation status will be visible in the Operations List section.
You will receive an email notification upon segmentation completion.
