CERT Vercom
At Vercom S.A., the security of our services and customer data is a top priority. To this end, we have established CERT Vercom—an internal Computer Emergency Response Team. Its creation is a key element of our strategy to maintain the highest cybersecurity standards and to ensure compliance with European Union regulations, including the NIS2 Directive and the DORA regulation.
The Team's Core Tasks and Mission
The team's mission is to protect Vercom's infrastructure, services, and customers from cyber threats. The main responsibilities of CERT Vercom include:
Receiving and conducting in-depth analysis of reports regarding potential threats.
Coordinating remedial actions in response to detected security incidents.
Collaborating with other departments to continuously improve internal security procedures and operational resilience.
Reporting Security Incidents
Any potential threats or incidents related to the security of our services can be reported directly to the CERT Vercom team.
