The EmailLabs server infrastructure, where your data is processed as part of the Services provided, is located on servers belonging to Vercom S.A. These servers are exclusively housed in modern, professional data centers situated within the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in Poland. This choice is dictated by our commitment to the highest security standards and ensuring compliance with European and national data protection regulations, including GDPR. Processing data within the EEA guarantees a uniform and high level of legal protection.

In the case of backups, data is fully encrypted on our side (using algorithms such as AES256) and transferred to our backup servers in data processing centers (DPCs) located in the EEA and/or also to servers provided by third parties (like Amazon Web Services) as part of dedicated off-site cloud solutions, also located in the EEA.

• Description: The only data center in the EU with the highest security rating confirmed by two independent bodies: ANSI/TIA-942 Rated 4 certification and EN 50600 Class 4 standard for all server rooms. This guarantees, among other things, full redundancy of all key systems and the highest level of resilience.

NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH

• Role: Server hosting and Data Center (colocation, backup).

• Location: EEA (Germany).

• Key Certifications and Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 IT-GS (BSI), PCI DSS.

• Description: The facility meets the requirements of the international Tier III standard. This guarantees resource availability of at least 99.999% and redundancy of key infrastructure elements.

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL

• Role: Data backup (off-site in the cloud).

• Location: EEA.

• Description: Encrypted backups of Clients' operational data are stored on AWS servers within the EEA to ensure system recovery capabilities in case of failure and protection against data loss.

• Physical Security: Strict, multi-layered access control (e.g., biometric, access cards), CCTV monitoring systems, 24/7 physical security personnel, anti-burglary measures.

• Environmental Control: Advanced precision air conditioning systems, fire detection and suppression systems (e.g., inert gas suppression), flood protection.

• Power Reliability: Multiple, independent power sources, UPS systems, and power generators ensuring continuous operation even during prolonged power outages.
