Dynamic Segments automatically group contacts based on predefined criteria, supporting precise targeting and campaign personalization.
Important Information: Dynamic segments created in the panel are intended for use exclusively in email, SMS, or Push campaigns sent from the EmailLabs panel. Currently, it is not possible to use them for campaigns initiated via API from external systems, nor to retrieve the contact list from a dynamic segment via API.
The search tool at the top of the section allows for quickly finding a dynamic segment based on its name.
