Dashboard
After logging in to the panel and selecting the E-mail API tab, the first view is the Dashboard. It is the main analytics center that presents general statistical data regarding completed shipments, allows for a quick assessment of shipment health, and verification of server reputation.

The Dashboard view has been divided into several key sections:
Search
At the top of the screen, there is an extensive filter section allowing you to precisely define the range of data displayed on charts and in statistics.

Available filters:
Select range: Allows you to define the time interval for analysis (default is the last 30 days).
SMTP Accounts: Allows you to display data for all or only selected SMTP sub-accounts.
Recipient domains (max 10): Allows filtering of messages directed to specific recipient domains (e.g., gmail.com, wp.pl). Domains must be entered manually, separated by commas.
Sender: Allows filtering traffic based on:
Sender domains: Domains from which messages were sent.
Sender addresses: Specific e-mail addresses (From) from which messages were sent.
After setting the filters, click the Search button to refresh the data. The Reset button restores default settings.
Important! Detailed data is stored according to the following rules:
Up to 60 days from the dispatch date, we store detailed hourly and daily data.
After 60 days, only aggregated monthly data is available.
Performance statistics
Below the search bar is a panel with four key KPI indicators. The system automatically compares current results with the previous, analogous period (e.g., the previous 30 days), indicating an upward or downward trend.
INJECTED: Total number of messages accepted by the system for delivery.
DELIVERY RATE: Percentage of messages correctly delivered to recipient servers (status OK).
OPEN RATE: The ratio of unique message opens to delivered messages.
CLICK RATE: The ratio of unique link clicks to delivered messages.
Small labels next to the values (e.g., π»24.5%, πΌ2.5 pp) inform about the change compared to the previous period.
Performance Over Time
The main data visualization section has been divided into two tabs to facilitate the analysis of various aspects of the email performance.
Historical data - line chart
This is a classic line chart used to analyze email volume and statuses over time.
Data range: You can change the chart accuracy by selecting the view: Hours, Days, or Months.
Legend and filters: Below the chart are interactive checkboxes divided into categories. You can toggle specific lines on the chart on and off:
DELIVERABILITY:
injected,ok.INTERACTIONS:
open,track,feedback.REJECTIONS:
softbounce,hardbounce,spambounce,dropped.
Clicks and opens over time - bar chart
This is a bar chart dedicated to behavioral analysis of recipients. The chart presents data for opens and clicks aggregated by hours or days of the week. It allows you to check when your recipients are most active.
Views:
Hours: Shows the distribution of activity throughout the day.
Days of the week: Shows the distribution of activity on individual days of the week.
Data: The chart presents bars for
track(clicks) andopenevents.
