E-mails report

The E-mail reports tab offers access to comprehensive real-time message logs. This feature enables monitoring the status of each message as it progresses, making it invaluable for tracking its journey from being handed off to EmailLabs to final delivery or rejection to receiving server. It provides a detailed view of each stage of the delivery process, ensuring a clear understanding of what occurs with every message.

The Search allows you to define search criteria for email message logs, enabling precise identification of information related to sent messages. The filtering options in the Search section include:

  • Select date: Choose the date range during which emails were sent. This key parameter narrows results to messages within the specified timeframe.

  • Status: Filter messages based on their current status, such as injected, ok, hardbounce, open, etc.

  • E-mail to: Search for messages using the recipient’s email address. This is particularly helpful for finding detailed information about correspondence with specific recipients.

  • Message ID: Precisely search for messages using their unique identifier, assigned to each sent email.

  • SMTP Account: Restrict search results to messages sent from a specific SMTP subaccount.

Once search criteria are defined, click the Search button to display the results.

Exporting Logs (CSV)

The web application allows you to generate a log report to an external file. To do this, use the Export button located above the Search.

How to download the file? Due to the large amount of data, the report is generated in the background.

  1. Click the Export button.

  2. Go to the Operations list tab.

  3. Next to the generated report, click the Download button.

The downloaded .csv file contains detailed technical and status data for each message, including the unique message identifier, creation and last log update time, tags assigned to the message, recipient, sender, subject, message size, and KPI indicators.
