Base (BaseLinker)

Integration of the Base system with SMTP EmailLabs

Base (formerly BaseLinker) is a multifunctional e-commerce management platform, bringing together various aspects of running an online store in one place. It enables the automation of many processes, such as order processing, warehousing, integration with various sales platforms (e.g. Allegro, eBay, Amazon), inventory management, generating shipping labels, and tracking shipments. Connecting the Base system to EmailLabs ensures not only security but also high delivery effectiveness of sent messages. Below you will find instructions for the integration process.

Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts.

SMTP Configuration in Base

Logging into Base

Log in to your account in the Base system. Go to the Orders -> E-mail/SMS templates -> Email accounts.

Click the + Add new account button. Select the Add an SMTP account option from the drop-down menu.

2

Entering SMTP data

Fill out the form according to the following data:

  • SMTP Login: Enter your SMTP account name in EmailLabs in the format 1.accountname.smtp.

  • SMTP Password: SMTP password set in the EmailLabs panel.

Testing the configuration

Perform a test email send to ensure that the integration works correctly. In case of problems, check the send logs in the Base and EmailLabs panels to find the cause of the errors.
