Adding a New Additional Field

To add a new field, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Contacts -> Additional Fields.

  2. Click the + New additional field button located in the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. In the form that appears:

  • Enter the field name: Assign a unique name to the field that best describes its purpose.

  • Select the field type: Specify the type of data to be entered in the field. Available types:

    • Text: For entering short textual information (e.g., gender).

    • Number: For storing numerical values (e.g., age).

    • Boolean: A "Yes/No" type field (e.g., Newsletter consent).

    • Date: For storing dates (e.g., birthdate).

  1. Click Create to save the new field.
