The Clicks tab allows you to track how many people clicked the tracked link included in the SMS campaign. This helps you assess recipient engagement and the effectiveness of your messages. Here, you’ll find:
Highlighted fields with a summary:
Injected: The number of messages sent to our panel.
CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of recipients who clicked the link in the message.
Link Clicks:
Link: The destination URL clicked by recipients.
Clicks: The number of times the link was clicked by recipients.
Below the list of clicks are two charts displaying activity statistics:
Clicks within 24 hours from the sending start - broken down by hour.
Clicks within 7 days from the sending start - broken down by day.
These charts help identify the times and days when recipients were most active, aiding in optimizing future campaigns.
