Shoper

Integration of the Shoper system with SMTP EmailLabs

Shoper is an e-commerce platform that allows you to create and manage online stores. It provides tools that enable easy launching of an online store and its efficient management, without requiring advanced technical knowledge.

Integrating the Shoper with EmailLabs allows you to send emails using an external SMTP server, which translates into security and high message deliverability. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to perform the integration.

Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts.

SMTP Configuration in Shoper

1

Logging into the administration panel

Log in to the administrative panel of the Shoper system. Go to Ustawienia -> Ogólne -> Adres email.

2

Entering SMTP data

Select the Send emails using option and check Other SMTP account. Fill out the form fields:

  • Adres serwera SMTP: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl

  • Adres email: Email address used to send messages.

  • Użytkownik: Your SMTP account name in EmailLabs in the format 1.accountname.smtp

  • Hasło: SMTP password set in the EmailLabs panel (Email API -> SMTP Accounts -> SMTP Account Settings).

  • Port: 587 or 465.

  • Użyj połączenia szyfrowanego: Select TLS if you are using port 587. Select SSL if you are using port 465.

After entering the data, click Zapisz i wyślij email testowy to save the configuration.

3

Testing the configuration

Performing a test email send will help ensure the integration works correctly. If the message is not delivered, check whether the entered SMTP data is correct and whether the appropriate port and encryption method have been selected.

After correct configuration, Shoper will use the EmailLabs infrastructure to send emails, which will increase their effectiveness and deliverability.
