Integrating Microsoft Outlook with EmailLabs SMTP

Microsoft Outlook, a widely used email client, can be configured to send emails through external SMTP servers like EmailLabs, ensuring reliable and high email deliverability. Follow the intuitive steps below to set up EmailLabs SMTP in your Outlook application.

Finding SMTP data in EmailLabs

The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts.

Integration Steps

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Open your Microsoft Outlook application.

  2. Click on the File tab located in the top-left corner.

  1. Navigate to Account Settings and from the dropdown menu, select Server Settings.

Configuring Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Setting

  • An IMAP Account Settings window will appear. Select the Outgoing Mail tab.

  • Fill in the configuration fields with the following EmailLabs SMTP information:

    • Server: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl

    • Port: 587

    • Encryption: Select either SSL/TLS or STARTTLS.

    • Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication: Check the box next to Yes.

    • Log on using Secure Password Authentication: Check the box next to Yes.

    • User Name: Enter your EmailLabs SMTP account name in the format: 1.youraccountname.smtp.

    • Password: Enter the password you created for the SMTP integration in your EmailLabs panel.

Completing the Configuration

  • If all the information is entered correctly, click the Next button.

  • Outlook will then attempt to test the SMTP connection.

  • Once the configuration is successful, click Done. Your Microsoft Outlook will now be configured to send emails using the EmailLabs SMTP server.
