Selly, an online sales platform, can enhance email deliverability by integrating with external SMTP servers like EmailLabs. This ensures your email messages reliably reach recipients' inboxes, avoiding spam folders. Follow the instructions below to complete the integration process.
The data needed for integration via SMTP can be found in the EmailLabs panel in the section: Email API -> Settings -> SMTP Accounts.
Within the Konfiguracja podstawowa menu, find and select the Obsługa SSL (SSL Support) option. Choose the "tak" (yes) checkbox to enable SSL encryption.
Navigate to either Parametry wysyłki newslettera (SMTP) (Newsletter Sending Parameters (SMTP)) or Parametry email (SMTP) (Email Parameters (SMTP)).
Fill in the following fields with your EmailLabs SMTP credentials:
Adres email nadawcy (Sender Email Address): Enter the email address you want to use for sending messages.
Nazwa nadawcy (Sender Name): Enter the name that will appear as the sender of your emails.
Serwer SMTP (SMTP Server): Enter the EmailLabs SMTP host address: smtp.emaillabs.net.pl
.
Port serwera SMTP (SMTP Server Port): Select port 465.
Użytkownik (User): Enter your EmailLabs SMTP account name in the format: 1.youraccountname.smtp
.
Hasło (Password): Use the SMTP password you configured in the EmailLabs panel.
After entering the data, select the "Sprawdź połączenie SMTP” (Check SMTP connection) option and then perform a test email send. Verify that the message has been correctly delivered to the recipient. If you encounter problems, check the sending logs in the Selly panel or in EmailLabs to identify any potential errors.
Once correctly configured, Selly will use the EmailLabs infrastructure for sending emails, which will ensure better deliverability and communication effectiveness.
