Importing Contacts from a File

Drag and drop the file into the designated area or click on the gray field to upload it manually.

File Summary

After uploading the file, you'll see a summary that includes:

  • File name

  • Number of rows

  • Separator: ;

Field Binding

Below the summary, you'll see how the system has matched columns from your file to system fields:

  • The system automatically matches columns with the same names.

  • For columns with different names, you can bind them manually.

  • Bind a File Field (column name from your CSV file) with the appropriate Platform Field.

  • Click the Bind the Field button.

File Field is the column name from your CSV file.

Available Platform Fields:

  • E-mail

  • Mobile Phone

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Name

To add a custom field for personalization, click the Add New Field option. You can also configure custom fields in the Contacts -> Additional Fields tab.

After binding fields, click Confirm File to proceed.

Import Settings

Select the appropriate options:

  • Import to a new or existing group Choose whether to add contacts to a new group or an existing one.

  • Import only new or all contacts Decide whether to upload only new contacts that don't already exist in the account or all contacts from the file.

  • Update existing contacts Specify whether existing contact data should be updated based on the file (Yes/No).

Click Import to start the process.
