Importing Contacts from a File
Drag and drop the file into the designated area or click on the gray field to upload it manually.

File Summary
After uploading the file, you'll see a summary that includes:
- File name 
- Number of rows 
- Separator: ; 

Field Binding
Below the summary, you'll see how the system has matched columns from your file to system fields:
- The system automatically matches columns with the same names. 
- For columns with different names, you can bind them manually. 
- Bind a File Field (column name from your CSV file) with the appropriate Platform Field. 
- Click the Bind the Field button. 

Available Platform Fields:
- E-mail 
- Mobile Phone 
- First Name 
- Last Name 
- Company Name 
To add a custom field for personalization, click the Add New Field option. You can also configure custom fields in the Contacts -> Additional Fields tab.
After binding fields, click Confirm File to proceed.
Import Settings
Select the appropriate options:
- Import to a new or existing group Choose whether to add contacts to a new group or an existing one. 
- Import only new or all contacts Decide whether to upload only new contacts that don't already exist in the account or all contacts from the file. 
- Update existing contacts Specify whether existing contact data should be updated based on the file (Yes/No). 

Click Import to start the process.
