Outgoing Messages List

This list displays detailed information about each sent message, such as:

• Phone Number: The recipient’s phone number.

• Sending Time: The date and time the message was sent.

• Campaign Name: The campaign associated with the message.

• Sender ID: The sender name used for the message.

• Status: The delivery status of the message:

  • Sent: The message was successfully delivered.

  • Waiting: The system is awaiting a delivery report from the GSM operator.

  • Unsubscribe: The recipient has opted out using the provided unsubscribe link.

  • Unknown Error: An unidentified error occurred during message processing or delivery.

• Click Time: If the message included a tracked link, you’ll see the date and time it was clicked.

• Message Content: Viewable by clicking on the selected message.
