Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

'Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)' provides an additional layer of security for your account. Once activated, every user will be required to enter an additional verification code when logging in. The default method is SMS, but you can choose an alternative method that will take priority over SMS.

  • Go to the ‘Account’ tab -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Security’.

  • Find the ‘Two-factor Authentication (2FA)’ option and activate it by toggling the switch.

  • Choose your preferred verification method from the available options. The default method is SMS, but you can select one of two additional verification methods that will take priority over SMS:

    • App

    • Hardware Security Key

  • Decide how long you want the system to remember your devices. You can choose from:

    • Single sign-on

    • One day

    • One week

    • 30 days

  • After setting your preferences, click 'Save' to apply the changes.

During your next login, you will be required to enter an additional verification code. Depending on the chosen method, enter the 6-digit code received via SMS or configure the verification app or physical key following the on-screen instructions.
