Adding Individual Contacts

Adding individual contacts allows you to quickly populate your database with new customer data or add subscribers.

To add a new contact:

  1. Go to Contacts -> Contacts List.

  2. Click the + New contact icon in the upper-right corner.

  1. In the form, enter contact details:

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company

Note: At least one of the following is required: email or phone number. Other fields are optional and can be filled in later.

  1. Click Save to add the contact to the database, which will appear immediately in the contact list.

Contact Management

After saving, you can:

  • Edit contact data, such as basic and additional information.

  • Add values to custom fields that have been previously defined in your account.

  • Manually assign a contact to a selected group to facilitate campaign management and audience segmentation.
