Search Tool

In the ‘Search’ section of the Blacklist Report, you can set search criteria to find specific entries on the blacklist. Available options include:

  • Select SMTP: Filter the blacklist by SMTP subaccount.

  • Select range: Define the date range for displaying blocked addresses.

  • Email: Search for a specific email address on the blacklist.

Once the criteria are set, click ‘Search’ to display results matching the selected parameters.

Search Results

In the search results, presented in a table, you will find the following data for each blocked entry:

  • Reason: Indicates the type of event that caused the address to be added to the blacklist, e.g. "hardbounce".

  • Creation Time: The exact date and time the entry was added to the blacklist.

  • Resource: Specifies how the address was added to the blacklist. Possible values include:

    • smtp: The address was added automatically when an email received a "hardbounce" status (e.g., due to a non-existent domain or mailbox).

    • API: The address was added via an API.

    • Panel: The address was added manually by a user from the administrative panel.

    • one-click unsubscribe: The address was added because the recipient used the "one-click unsubscribe" function.

    • unsubscribe: The address was added because the recipient clicked the unsubscribe link.

  • E-mail: The blocked email address or domain.

  • Comment: A detailed description of the reason for the block, often containing feedback from the mail server (e.g., "Domain xxx does not accept mail (nullMX)", "Account not found / Nie ma takiego konta", "Host or domain name not found").

  • Bounces: The number of bounces (in the case of a hardbounce) that led to the address being added to the blacklist (e.g., "1 / 1" means one bounce resulted in the addition).

  • Actions:

    • Edit: Allows editing the entry.

    • Delete: Enables removing the entry from the blacklist.
