Mail providers report

Report Goal: This tab automatically identifies and analyzes the TOP 10 mail providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) based on your sending volume. This allows for a quick assessment of the overall health of your dispatches to the largest providers. You cannot manually select the domains in this view.

Search Filters

• Select range: Allows selecting the analysis period.

• Sender: Filter by Sender Domains or Sender Addresses.

• SMTP Accounts.

Data Analysis (Results for TOP 10 providers)

• Pie Chart and TOP 10 Tiles: Visualizes the percentage share of sent (Injected) messages to each of the top 10 providers (plus "Other" and "All"). The tiles also show a comparative indicator to the previous period (dependent on log retention). If comparison data is unavailable, the tile displays the message: "We are unable to display the indicator due to lack of data."

• Line Chart (Deliverability and interaction analysis): Shows trends for indicators (Delivery Rate, Click Rate, Open Rate, Bounce Rate) over time (hourly, daily, monthly).

• Table (Detailed summary): Contains raw data (Domain, Injected, Ok, Hardbounce, Softbounce, Dropped, Open, Track) with a numeric / percentage view toggle.
