Shipping countries

The Shipping countries tab (available in the menu: SMS -> Common settings) allows you to manage access to SMS sending for specific foreign markets.

This functionality gives you full control over where your messages can be sent. You can manually block or unblock countries here, which has an immediate effect on all sending channels: panel campaigns, tests, and API integrations.

Available countries

The list of countries visible in the panel is strictly linked to your price list.

  • Only countries for which your account has defined rates in the billing system will appear in this section.

  • If you want to start sending to a new country that you do not see on the list, please contact the Sales Teamenvelope to establish terms and add this market to your account.

Managing blocks

The panel is divided into two columns between which you can move countries:

  • ALLOWED FOR SHIPPING (Left column): Active countries where messages are sent normally.

  • BLOCKED COUNTRIES (Right column): Countries where sending has been suspended by the user.

How to block sending to a specific country?

  1. Find the country in the ALLOWED FOR SHIPPING column.

  2. Click on the country name to select it (or use the Select all option).

  3. Click the right arrow button (β†’) to move it to the BLOCKED COUNTRIES column.

  4. Click the Save button in the bottom right corner to confirm changes.

How to unblock sending?

  1. Find the country in the BLOCKED COUNTRIES column.

  2. Select it and click the left arrow button (←) to move it back to the allowed list.

  3. Click Save.

API Handling & Reporting

Managing country availability in the panel has a direct impact on the execution of messages sent via API.

  • In the event of an attempt to send a message to a number belonging to a blocked country (or one not included in the price list), the API system will reject the request, returning a 400 Bad Request error code. The response will contain information indicating that the prefix of the given number is not found on the allowed list.

  • Messages rejected due to regional blocking are visible in detailed reports (exports) with the status SMS_COUNTRY_NOT_ALLOWED.

  • Messages blocked at the country level do not incur charges and do not affect the account balance.
