The ‘Tags’ feature allows for the automatic assignment of labels to groups of email messages, simplifying their categorization and tracking. Tagging is especially useful for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing communications, automation processes, and transactional emails.
To configure tags, navigate to ‘Email API’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘SMTP Accounts’ -> ‘Additional Settings’ -> ‘Tags’.
In the ‘Tag Report’ tab, you can review results for configured tags. This tab provides two main analytical features:
Status Comparison: Allows you to analyze and compare the statuses of messages associated with different tags.
Tag Comparison: Enables the comparison of the performance of various tags, making it easier to evaluate the effectiveness of individual campaigns or types of messages.
