SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is an email authentication standard that verifies whether the sender has permission to send messages on behalf of a specific domain. This mechanism helps protect against spoofing (impersonation) and enhances the credibility of sent emails.
SPF functionality is enabled by default. For SPF to function correctly, an appropriate record must be added to the TXT record in your domainβs DNS. This entry specifies the servers authorized to send messages on behalf of the domain, providing better protection against unauthorized sends and improving email deliverability.
