The 'Search Tool' allows you to define search criteria for email message logs, enabling precise identification of information related to sent messages.
The filtering options in the ‘Search’ section include:
Select date: Choose the date range during which emails were sent. This key parameter narrows results to messages within the specified timeframe.
Status: Filter messages based on their current status, such as injected, ok, hardbounce, open, etc.
Email to: Search for messages using the recipient’s email address. This is particularly helpful for finding detailed information about correspondence with specific recipients.
Message ID: Precisely search for messages using their unique identifier, assigned to each sent email.
SMTP Account: Restrict search results to messages sent from a specific SMTP subaccount.
Once search criteria are defined, click the ‘Search’ button to display the results.
